A 533-meter underground water tunnel carved through solid rock beneath Jerusalem during the reign of King Hezekiah, diverting the Gihon Spring inside the city walls.

Directly confirms the account in 2 Kings 20:20 and 2 Chronicles 32:30 of Hezekiah's water engineering project to prepare Jerusalem for the Assyrian siege.
